The Food Techno Commercial role is pivotal in maintaining our service quality on the front lines. You will serve as a technical bridge between our products and our clients' specific operational requirements.
* Inventory Oversight: Maintain optimal stock levels at client sites, ensuring product integrity, monitoring expiration dates, and enforcing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
* Technical Support: Deliver professional demonstrations, provide onsite troubleshooting, and conduct comprehensive training on product application according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Installation and Maintenance: Execute precise equipment installations, conduct pre-installation site surveys, and manage spare parts availability.
* Client Relations: Maintain a professional presence during client visits, including documenting activities and facilitating customer satisfaction feedback.
* Reporting: Compile systematic daily activity reports to ensure management visibility.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience.
