## Available Positions

1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring our diecast products meet international quality standards.
* Execute production tasks within designated areas, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Adhere strictly to established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
* Maintain accurate daily production reports to ensure operational transparency.
* Minimum education level: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit for manufacturing tasks.
* Must not be color blind and must have no history of dust allergies.
* Demonstrated traits of precision, agility, honesty, discipline, and strong work ethic.
* Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
* Must be willing to work under target-based goals, rotating shifts, and overtime as required.
* Prepared to join immediately and be stationed in Batang, Central Java.
2. HR Staff
Our HR department is seeking a proactive professional to manage recruitment and administrative functions, ensuring our human capital strategies align with organizational goals.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
* Oversee foreign worker administration, including documentation and licensing to ensure full regulatory compliance.
* Provide comprehensive support for various HR initiatives to meet the company’s evolving needs.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or Management is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
* Strong grasp of national labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
* Proficiency in psychological assessment tools is considered a distinct advantage.
* Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) with high-level communication skills.
* Ability to learn quickly, maintain high attention to detail, and perform effectively under pressure.
* Willing to join immediately and be based in Batang, Central Java.
