Rengasdengklok Regional General Hospital (RSUD Rengasdengklok) is currently under development as a flagship facility owned by the Karawang Regency Government. Scheduled for official operation in December 2025, this state-of-the-art hospital is designed to significantly enhance healthcare accessibility for residents in the northern Karawang region. To support its upcoming launch, the hospital is opening recruitment for professional, dedicated, and highly skilled individuals to join its inaugural medical and administrative team.
## General Recruitment Guidelines for Applicants
All candidates must meet the following baseline requirements to be considered for any position:
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 (or an average diploma score of 8 for high school/vocational level).
* Professional Status: Applicants must sign a statement letter confirming they will not demand permanent civil servant (ASN) status.
* Operational Readiness: Most roles require shift work, availability for on-call duties, and the willingness to obtain a Practice License (SIP) at the hospital.
## Clinical and Medical Personnel Openings
The hospital is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care across various specialized departments:
* Pharmacists (S1/Professional): 3 positions. Requires an active STR.
* Nurses (Professional Ners): 2 positions. Must hold active STR and specialized certifications (BTCLS/ICU/PICU/NICU).
* Nurses (D3): 70 positions. Requires active STR and BTCLS certification.
* Midwives (Professional): 1 position. Requires active STR and APN/PPCDON certifications.
* Midwives (D3): 7 positions. Requires active STR and APN/PPCDON certifications.
