The Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation, known as Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS), serves as a cornerstone of the nation’s financial stability. ## What Is the PCP LPS Program?
The Prospective Employee Education (PCP) program is a specialized recruitment initiative designed to scout and develop high-potential young talent. Participants embark on a comprehensive one-year journey, blending intensive professional training with hands-on on-the-job experience. The curriculum is meticulously crafted to equip future employees with the essential competencies and technical knowledge required to fulfill the vital functions of LPS as both a banking resolution authority and an insurance policy guardian.
## Eligibility and Requirements
LPS is seeking candidates who demonstrate exceptional integrity and a drive to contribute to national financial stability. To be considered for the 2025 program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Health: Must be in good physical and mental health.
* Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from an A-accredited or "Unggul" university in Indonesia, or one of the top 100 universities globally.
* Fields of Study: Candidates from Accounting, Economics, Law, Engineering, Informatics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Psychology, Communication, International Relations, and related business fields are encouraged to apply.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.00 scale). International graduates must provide a GPA conversion certificate from the Ministry of Education and Culture.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old for S1 candidates and 28 years old for S2 candidates (as of July 18, 2025).
* Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
* Status: Must be single and unmarried, with a commitment to remain unmarried throughout the duration of the education program.
* Flexibility: Willingness to sign a service bond and relocate to any LPS office across Indonesia.
## How to Apply: The Official Registration Process
LPS manages the recruitment process exclusively through the official digital platform, Klob. Applications submitted via email, post, or any third-party channel will not be accepted.
1. Registration Window: Applications open from July 11 to July 18, 2025. The deadline for final submission is 23:59 WIB on the final date.
2. Account Management: Use only a personal, active email address and phone number for registration. Do not use contact information belonging to others.
3. Profile Accuracy: Ensure all data on your Klob profile is accurate and mirrors your official documents. Previous applicants must update their existing profiles before applying for this batch.
4. Document Preparation: Have digital copies (soft copies) of the following items ready for upload:
* Recent formal photograph (white shirt).
* Scanned original National ID (KTP).
* Scanned original or legalized diplomas (S1 and/or S2).
* Scanned original or legalized academic transcripts.
* GPA conversion letter (if applicable).
* Current Curriculum Vitae (CV).
* Relevant certificates for organizations or academic/non-academic achievements.
