2. Customer Enforcement Department: Open to Bachelor’s degree holders. Focuses on customer compliance and administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
3. Technical Services Administration: For SMK graduates in Administration. Duties involve managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and general filing.
4. Public Relations (PR): Requires a background in Communication or Visual Design. Candidates will assist in content creation, video editing, and PR operations.
5. General Secretariat: Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Management required for managing workflow applications and correspondence.
6. Revenue & Payment (Other Revenue): Open to Finance, Management, or Statistics majors. Focuses on payment reconciliation and data entry.
7. Revenue & Payment (Supervision): Focuses on waste management levies and reporting. Open to Finance, Management, or Statistics majors.
8. Main Office Administration: SMK graduates in Administration or Management needed to handle end-of-year documentation, contracts, and payment records.
Technical & Engineering Roles
9. Drafter: Requires an SMK or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Candidates will conduct pipeline surveys and design water network plans using AutoCAD.
10. Electrical Maintenance: Open to SMA/SMK graduates. Focuses on routine installation maintenance and troubleshooting while adhering to occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
11. Production (IPAM Ngagel 2 & 3): Open to Bachelor’s degree holders in Environmental Engineering. Tasks include monitoring water turbidity, sampling, and chemical dosage management.
12. Water Loss Control: Open to all SMK graduates. This field-based role offers practical exposure to utility maintenance and operations.
