The fleet will be categorized by size to optimize harvesting capabilities:

## Employment Opportunities and Crew Requirements

* Officers (8,676 positions): Includes Captains, Chief Engineers, Fishing Masters, Mates, and Assistant Engineers.
* General Crew (11,418 positions): Includes Refrigeration Operators, Radio Operators, Oilmen, Deckhands, and Lead Deckhands.
## General Eligibility Criteria for Prospective Crew
Candidates interested in participating in this national program must meet several foundational requirements:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen.
* Literacy: Minimum elementary school education (SD) or equivalent with basic Indonesian literacy skills.
* Health: Must possess a valid health certificate from an authorized facility, confirming physical and mental fitness, including freedom from color blindness and strabismus.
* Integrity: Must provide a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK) and a drug-free certificate (NAPZA).
* Administrative: Possession of a Job Seeker Card (AK-1) and a valid Basic Safety Training for Fishing (BST-F) Level II certificate.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to undergo selection, relocate to any region in Indonesia, and sign a minimum one-year service contract.

Specialized Command and Engineering Positions
* Captain: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain with valid SKN Nautical or SKK 60 Mile certification.
* Chief Engineer: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Engineer with valid SKN Technical or SKK 60 Mile certification.
* Mate/Assistant Engineer: Requires relevant SKN certification and at least 24 months of sea time, or graduation from maritime education institutions with ANKAPIN/ATKAPIN Level II certification.
Operational and Deck Positions
* Operators and Oilmen: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in refrigeration or engine maintenance.
* Bosun (Lead Deckhand): Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a deckhand leadership capacity.
* General Crew: Priority is given to those holding a valid BST-F Level II certificate and previous experience in maritime operations.
