The National Social Security Council (DJSN) serves a pivotal role in advising the President on overarching policy formulation and ensuring the seamless synchronization of the national social security framework. ## Position Overview: Expert Staff (9 Vacancies)
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for a contract period spanning from February to December 2025. This role is instrumental in providing high-level support to the Council’s leadership and contributing to the advancement of social security policies across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to perform the following core duties:
* Advisory Support: Assist the Chair and Council members with daily assignments and strategic activities.
* Analytical Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis related to the statutory functions of the DJSN.
* Executive Documentation: Prepare briefing materials, summarize meeting proceedings, and develop policy recommendations.
* Strategic Monitoring: Track emerging issues that could impact the efficacy of national social security programs.
* Operational Coordination: Facilitate the execution of seminars, workshops, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
* Periodic Reporting: Submit detailed monthly performance reports to the Procurement Official of the DJSN Secretariat.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this prestigious opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an "A" Accredited institution in Law, Finance, Accounting, Development Economics, Health Economics, Social Welfare, Public Policy, Public Health, Communication, Sociology, or Statistics.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Professional Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of data processing tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong experience in virtual conferencing platforms.
* Analytical Ability: Proven capacity to analyze complex social security challenges; prior research experience in this field is a distinct advantage.
* Operational Demands: Ability to work full-time, reside within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area, and travel to various regions in Indonesia as required.
* Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, professional dedication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
